App privacy policies

Each app has its own policy describing what it does with information:

If an app's policy differs from this page, the app's policy controls for that app.

Our approach

• No selling of personal information, and no sharing of it for targeted advertising.
• We keep information on your device whenever an app doesn't need a server.
• When an app does send information, we collect only what the feature needs and describe it in that app's policy.

This website

This website is a set of static pages. We do not set cookies on it, run analytics or tracking scripts on it, or collect information through forms. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and secure the site, and may use strictly necessary security cookies, under its own privacy policy. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Service providers

Some apps use service providers, such as hosting, database or push-notification services, to run features. They process information to provide those services to us. Each app's policy describes the providers it uses.

Legal disclosures

We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety or property of our users or others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to information already collected.

Children

Our youth soccer apps are used by parents, coaches and families. They are not designed to collect personal information from children, and none of them asks a child to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email support@jgsportsapps.com and we will delete it.

Security

Our apps and services use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Where we store information on servers, access is limited to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can remove information stored on your device by deleting the app. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email support@jgsportsapps.com. We respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by law. Depending on where you live (for example, Texas, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, or to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Changes to this policy

If we change how an app handles information, we will update its policy and the effective date first. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app before it takes effect.
