These Terms of Use apply to this website and to the apps published by JG Sports Apps LLC ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. Some apps may show additional terms in the app; those also apply to that app.
Using our apps
You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, following these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded them from. Don't misuse them: don't interfere with how they work, try to access them in ways we don't provide, scrape or copy their content in bulk, or use them to break the law or harm others.
Information in our apps
Rankings, scores, schedules, field status and similar information are provided for convenience. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and they are not official league or club records. Always check with your club, league or event for official information, especially game times and field closures.
Accounts and content you submit
Where an app offers an account, you're responsible for activity under it and for keeping access to your email secure. If you submit content, such as a problem report, a photo or a message, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give us permission to use it to operate the app and the related program. Don't submit other people's personal information without their permission.
Coach tools
Lineup and minutes features are planning aids. Coaches remain responsible for playing-time decisions and for following their club's and league's rules.
Third-party services
Our apps link to websites and services we don't control, such as club and league sites, stores and donation pages. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them.
Trademarks
Club, league and brand names and logos belong to their owners. Their use in our apps does not mean they endorse us, unless we say so.
Purchases
Any in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, including their refund policies.
Disclaimer
Our website and apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, JG Sports Apps LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the website or apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the past 12 months or US$50.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms, change or discontinue features, or stop offering an app. If we make a significant change to these terms, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
